How often does a company come to your home, inspect your windows, and honestly tell you that you don’t need replacement windows? That’s exactly what Window World did for me today.
I had one broken window, and since my windows are approximately 20 years old, I asked them to inspect the others and let me know if they recommended replacing any of them. To my surprise, they told me that my existing windows were still in good condition and did not need to be replaced.
Even more impressive, rather than trying to sell me a replacement window for the one that was broken, they recommended another company that could repair it.
I sincerely appreciate their honesty and integrity. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that puts the customer’s best interest ahead of making a sale. When the time eventually comes to replace my windows, Window World will absolutely be the first company I contact.

They gave me a good price on the windows and installation with entry door and garage door with opener and outside panel. The salesman spent time with me and answered all my questions. Best of all he was not pusher. He worked with me to get a price that was in my budget. The installation team was professional and respectful. But I feel awful out of the 4 person team 3 of them got stung by wasp. So the only problem was over sight on my part. I would differently use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

There was an issue with the way our builder installed our original front door. We have previously gotten all of our windows replaced with Window World and they were great. We had a couple that messed up with a freeze and window world replaced them without a problem. So when we decided to get siding we called them to get an estimate. We had to wait a while because we ordered an uncommon color but once it came in they did a great jobs with it. We love how our house looks now.
